The Factors of Social Enterprise Support Effect to Social Performance and Job Satisfaction

    Abstract

    Most performance researches of social enterprise are focused on measuring economic performance, and economic performance is measured by economic goals or performance. Recent studies have tried to measure various social performances. In this study, we will identify social performance among social enterprises. And job satisfaction and factors of social enterprises support (management, finance, business, human). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social enterprise support factors on job satisfaction through social performance. The result of the research is as follows. First, social enterprise support factors have a significantly effect on social performance. Second, social performance has a significantly effect on job satisfaction.
